Welcome to Maple and Spruce Music Academy

To all of the friends, family, students, and supporters,

This academy wouldn't exist without you.

I have been so very lucky in my life to have had teachers see something in me and then put the time, effort, and love into making sure that I grew into the educator and performer I am today. I strive to be that person for each of you.

I have been very lucky to have had a mom and grandparents who paid for lessons, drove me all over the place to get to lessons/airports/schools, and only asked "are you sure?" a few times when I said I wanted to pursue music.

I have been so very lucky in my life to have friends who are my biggest cheering section. They are always ready to take care of my pets when I'm out of town. Feed me when I'm busy and forget to eat. Spend time with me to make sure that I'm not always working but also having fun. And to love me at my worst and I'm not going to lie, starting a business has *occasionally* brought out the worst...

I have been very lucky to have had students who inspire me every day to learn more about teaching. And who have parents who are unfailingly kind.

I am so looking forward to the 2022-2023 season. It will be an adventure. I look forward to giving back as much energy and love to you all as you have given to me.
